The proceeds from the two events benefitted the After-School All-Stars. The Golden Nugget donated the pasta, wait staff and all the extras to make the "carb-loading" extra tasty! Plus, Budweiser and the N9NE Group donated the beverages and bartenders. Mayor Goodman and several celebrities joined in on the "Mayor's Martini Mile" and "raced" against each other in an obstacle course designed with martini mixing stations and a biker's outfit changing station. The Mayor's Martini Mile was MC'd by Steph from 97.1 FM. During the evening, the huge Fremont Street Viva-Vision Screen overhead flashed the After-School All-Stars logo. The events kicked off the RTC Viva Bike Vegas 2009 weekend!
